Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving you ordered item here are the steps to returning your merchandise.
Returns
- First call the store at 1-800-488-3127 or email sales@loggingsupply.com to notify us that you have merchandise to return before sending any merchandise.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You need to include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds of the Returned Item
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, then notify you that we have received your returned item, and advise you on the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your card.
Shipping
We offer both UPS and U.S. Postal Service and shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items returned will be at your expense.
