What Our Customers Say

  • Fixed in five minutes

Went in for an issue with my Stihl weed eater and Scott noticed the handle bar was stretching the gas cable. He took less than five minutes to correct it and didn't charge me a dime. I'll be making all further purchases and repairs here.

  • Our go-to for safety equipment

Cowlitz River is our go to spot for all safety equipment we use in construction. They stock a lot of hard to find safety related equipment. If you're buying anything Stihl or Husqvarna related, you want to get it from a dealer that actually works on and builds these tools on a regular basis — for us that's Cowlitz Rigging.

  • 100% recommend

I would 100% recommend Cowlitz River Rigging! Everyone there is very nice and always willing to help. I purchased my Kioti CK3510SE with a Woods Box Blade and a bunch of accessories. Scott has been amazing to deal with.

  • Well constructed and durable

The website was easy to navigate. I have used these cotton gloves before and have given them away as gifts. They are well constructed and durable. The order was delivered in a timely manner and the shipment was clearly visible en route.

  • Above average customer service

I placed an order and it was shipped just like that! A very good company to work with — they sent me lots of emails letting me know where my product was and when I could expect it. Above average customer service for sure.

  • They reached out right away

I really appreciated the crew at Cowlitz River Rigging contacting me directly when they didn't have the stock on hand to fill my order. They offered several options and then shipped the adjusted order quickly. I will definitely go with you again!

  • Shipped to Canada, arrived in 4 days

The ordering process was extremely simple. I ordered after hours from Canada and the order was shipped the next day. Despite needing to cross the border, it was about 4 business days for my boots to arrive. Not sure if I was the exception, but I'm EXTREMELY pleased with the service.
