The Neoprene Ruggedwear is the "good old fashioned" stuff that stood up by itself due to the stiffness of thematerial. Watershed came up with a more flexible material and combined it with a design that allows greater freedom of movement. Ruggedwear is made of Neoprene rubber coated on 200 denier nylon. The seams are stitched and heat tape sealed for waterproofing.
